Brazil’s SOULFLY is currently in the studio working on their seventh studio album, tentatively called Omen. The band is also recording a cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Four Sticks” that could turn up as a b-side.
Bassist Bobby Burns stated in a thread on the official Soulfly forum on Feb 27, 2009: “We’ll more than likely record a new record sometime towards the end of the year (2009) but it wont hit the streets until next year (2010)”.
Recently, Soulfly revealed some song/track name ideas, these being:
Bloodbath And Beyond
Soulfly VII
Off With Their Heads
Omen
Rise Of The Fallen
Great Depression
Apocalyptic Clash
Vulture Culture
Lethal Injection
7 Daggerz
