American southern metallers THE SHOWDOWN have dropped off the upcoming “Hell Must Fear Us Tour” with Oh, Sleeper, Impending Doom, and A Plea For Purging. The group has issued the following statement:
“To all our fans… We are truly sorry that we must drop off the Impending Doom/ Oh Sleeper tour. At the very last minute our drummer, Yogi, has had some serious family issues that need his attention. We were looking forward to tearing up the asphalt with friends from the bands as well as tearing riffs for our fans. We have kept a steady tour schedule all year long and plan to kick right back into it once our record is finished by February of next year. We appreciate all who have offered their support, thoughts, and prayers while Yogi goes through this tough time. See you back on the road in a few months.”
