Dimebag Darrell’s Final Tracks Do Exist, According To A Friend Of Sterling Winfield

PANTERA’s producer/engineer Sterling Winfield has been caught in a big lie by TMD’s creator and editor in chief Randy “Rocket” Cody. A named source has now stepped forward and confirmed that Dimebag and Vinnie Paul Abbott did indeed produce final tracks in the studio in Dalworthington Gardens, Texas behind Dime’s home in Chasin’ Jason studio, and Mr. Winfield is in possession of these tracks right now, according to the source.

Mr. Winfield previously denied that these tracks exist.

Engineer Kerry Crafton has confirmed that Dimebag and Vinnie Paul’s final tracks, originally meant for the 2nd Damageplan album, do exist. Dimebag right before he died decided he wanted to make a move and instead to use these songs as a final PANTERA album.

Here is Mr. Crafton’s statement:

Phil Anselmo and Rex “The Full Meal Deal” Brown have been prancing around stages since last year, making profits off the backs of the two dead Abbott brothers, who were the original founders of PANTERA. 13 years ago, legendary Heavy Metal journalist Randy “Rocket” Cody of TMD site called for a Tribute Reunion show to honor the fallen guitar hero Dimebag Darrell, or a short “series of dates” NOT a continuation of PANTERA.

In a shocking 2015 interview that Rocket conducted with Phil Anselmo, the singer minced no words that a reunion of Pantera would be “good money”.

An original article posted in 2011 confirms all of this, despite Anselmo and Brown, along with Winfield now saying they are planning to continue PANTERA as a real band and are working on a plan to create new music soon under the PANTERA name, not a different one.

Anselmo’s version of PANTERA has been busted recently using backing tracks at concerts, including Dime’s replacement guitarist Zakk Wylde “finger syncing” during solos that he is not skilled enough to perform on his own.

In 2016, singer Phil Anselmo was caught on video at Dimebash concert flashing the Nazi salute to the crowd and yelling “White Power!” This incident received major backlash when concert organizers overseas begain banning Pantera reunion shows featuring Anselmo.
