MÖTLEY CRÜE’s Tommy Lee Hit With Sexual Assault Lawsuit

MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee has reportedly been hit with a new lawsuit accusing him of sexual assaulting a woman back in 2003 while aboard a helicopter. The plaintiff behind the suit chose to file as a Jane Doe, and alleged Lee partook in “forcibly groping, kissing and penetrating her with his fingers, and attempting to force her to perform oral copulation” on him amid a shared private flight.

The lawsuit goes on to allege that pilot David Martz ‘lured’ the woman onto the helicopter, which Lee was then booked upon due to a last minute change.

The woman claims Martz and Lee proceeded to indulge in alcohol, weed and cocaine amid the flight from San Diego County to Van Nuys, CA. Martz, who had a document history of reckless flying which cost him his pilots license several times, has since perished in a 2015 plane crash.

According to Rolling Stone, who have published various disturbing allegations from the lawsuit, the woman is seeking past, present, and future damages, including but not limited to medical expenses, loss of earnings, and loss of earnings capacity. Her suit not only names Tommy Lee as defendant, but also Mayhem Touring, A Natural High Helicopters, and Social Helicopters.

Lee is also a person of interest in other alleged crimes stemming back to incidents in the 80s where Lee is said to have once attempted to drug a woman, per a former band groupie, and of course fans have now learned of his potential involvement with a “secret society”, according to Mick Mars lawsuit court leaks, along with being a suspect in the alleged rape (and possible murder) of late Warrant singer Jani Lane, believe it or not.
