JOHN 5 Wants Old Job Back, Says He Misses His Time With ROB ZOMBIE: “I Hope We Connect Soon”

Guitarist John 5, who joined MÖTLEY CRÜE replacing legendary guitarist Mick Mars, talked to “THAT Rocks!” where he was asked if he had been in contact with his old boss Rob Zombie since he joined MÖTLEY CRÜE.

It appears not all is well in MÖTLEY CRÜE camp since the band ended their latest leg of their world tour comeback, because new guitarist John 5 has begun to distance himself from the floundering glam metal act, who is under attack from fans and media for using backing tracks during all of The Stadium Tour. Mick Mars launched a major lawsuit against his former band saying they are ripping him off and using backing tracks at all of the gigs. John 5 booked a new solo tour that kicks off in January/2024.

Here’s what John 5 replied:

“I have not had dialogue with Rob. And I wish I would. I miss talking to him. And the (Rob Zombie) band sounds great and the show looks awesome and I really hope to talk to him soon…
