GRAMMMY Award-winning sludgy doom metal trio HIGH ON FIRE will be celebrating their 25th anniversary this year with a reissue of their 2000 debut album “The Art Of Self Defense“. MNRK Heavy will be dropping a re-mixed (by original producer Billy Anderson) and remastered (by Justin Weis) version of that record on August 4th.
An alternate cover and the songs from the band’s self-titled demo release will also be included on this new version of the outing, which will arrive on vinyl, CD and presumably digital formats. Pre-orders for it are available here.
