METALLICA took the stage last night at the 2017 Grammy Awards ceremony with pop star Lady Gaga, and yes it proved to be every bit the spectacle one expected it would be.
The pop diva, dressed head to toe in the latest gear from Hot Topic, danced around the stage in a frenzy as the band began playing the song “Moth Into Flame”. Lady Gaga then, while crossing the stage, almost trips, and next James Hetfield’s microphone cuts out. Watch the disaster HERE.
Unfortunately the world did not get to see one of metal’s most legendary acts throwing down for real like we all know they can do any day of the week… when not stuck dealing with someone who simply proved she does not belong there.
TMD’s suggestion to James and Lars is to stop damaging their legacy with these silly, juvenile mainstream performances. What is next? Metallica and Katy Perry?
