Texas thrashers TEJASMOSIS have parted ways with vocalist Johnny O. Here is the official statement:
“It is with great regret that we’re announcing the departure of our brother, Johnny O, from Tejasmosis.
For some time now, Johnny has expressed the desire to do his own thing creatively. We came to a mutual understanding, that this would be best for both parties. It is with much love and respect, that we wish our brother, Johnny success in his future endeavours. Johnny will always be a member of the Tejas family. So, if y’all see him at a show. BUY HIM A SHOT! Love you brother!

Tejasmosis are set to release their forthcoming studio effort “Uneasy Pieces” on August 25th, 2014 via The Metal Den Records. No word yet on who will replace Johnny O.
