MEGADETH – “Guitarist Had Sex On The Street In Chicago, Woman Had To Remove Tampon” According To Court Document (UPDATED)

MEGADETH is at the center of another huge sex scandal, this time involving a perverted gynecological doctor named George Tyndall. It’s alleged that Dr. Tyndall was probing female patients in an extreme manner with his fingers, taking unnecessary photos of his naked patients, along with making many disgusting comments, one horrid tale in particular, involves a member of MEGADETH.

USC’s $1.1 billion settlements to about 17,000 former patients of Tyndall was the largest sex-abuse payout in education history. Behind the jaw-dropping numbers, however, lies a lopsided economic landscape that has left some exuberant and others feeling bruised and cheated. One of the accusers complaints detailed a lurid story that the Dr. Tyndall told that involves “the guitarist of Megadeth.”

In 2021, bassist David Ellefson was fired by MEGADETH founder and lead guitarist/vocalist, Dave Mustaine, for allegations of inappropriate behavior with a young woman online.

David Ellefson has broken his silence since Megadeth parted ways with the bassist following recent sexual misconduct allegations.

The firing came after sexually explicit messages and a video surfaced online with a woman who wasn’t his wife. According to People magazine, in his social media post, which has since been made private, the 56-year-old denied the speculation that he allegedly “groomed” an underage fan.

“Recently, a very private video was illegally posted on the internet and false allegations were made against me,” said the musician in a statement sent to Rolling Stone. “The actions in the video were between two consenting adults and were recorded without my knowledge. I am working with [the] Scottsdale Police Department in their investigation into charges regarding revenge pornography to be filed against the person who posted this video.”

Now the band finds itself dead center in more filth and depravity. One of the victims in the Dr. Tyndall/USC scandal detailed the shocking “Megadeth” story Dr. Tyndall shared with her via a letter she wrote that can be found in the court records:

Dear Dr. Tyndall,
This letter is in regard to your extremely unprofessional behavior
during my appointment on Tuesday, April 11, 2000. The story you told me
about the rock guitarist from Megadeth and his experience having sexual
relations on the street in Chicago with the woman who had to first remove
her tampon was disgusting and inappropriate. It was degrading and
humiliating for me to listen to such talk from anyone, let alone a supposed
professional in a very intimate and invasive field of expertise Such as gynecology’.

After such a repulsive display of un-professionalism, I have lost all trust in you as my physician.

…You recommended I take birth control pills to prevent cancer, I said I would like to do some research on my own before taking a hormone medication.

You completely ignored my wish and ordered the prescription anyway.

You are practicing cookbook medicine by prescribing a medication that could deplete my mineral balance and alter ray hormonal balance when / have menstrual problems.

Because of your lack of consideration, I will never return to you again. It is my sincere hope that the University addresses this problem so that another innocent woman does not have to suffer the stress and shame that I have anguished over since our visit.

Here is a portion of Dr. Tyndall’s response to the complaint:

First, let me apologize, if you misunderstood the intent of the Megadeth conversation. It
is my medical practice to utilize the biopsychosocial approach to health care. This
involves, not just knowing about the medical complaint but also how the student is
functioning in terms of psychological and social health. 1 thought that since you are a
music major and interested in the music industry that this recent article in The New York
Times Magazine might be of interest and a good lead in to a discussion of safe and unsafe
sexual practices. I apologize if you found the conversation unprofessional.

Scandal has plagued Megadeth in recent years, which includes a shocking #Pizzagate reference being made in one of their music videos, along with a man who claims Dave Mustaine killed him in a cloning center!
