In its first year, TMD’s ‘Den Head of The Year’ award is granted to the online fan who followed
THE METAL DEN site the closest and demonstrated the most devoted love for metal music via sharing TMD posts, leaving comments, and generally displaying in your timeline that you attend concerts via pictures and video uploads, plus have a positive interaction with other followers of TMD and its creator Randy “Rocket” Cody.

There is a winner announced each for Twitter and Facebook social platforms. Before they are named, Rocket will comment and then the grand prize will be fully detailed before both champions of metal are revealed.

“First off, I want to thank all my kick ass Den Headz all around the damn globe, man… I know there are thousands and thousands of y’all from USA to Bang-My-Cock and back that rock out with TMD like religion and for that I can’t tell you enough times how bad ass you are, okay? So the fact that you did not win means nothing, got it? YOU ARE ALREADY A WINNER BECAUSE YOU ARE METAL AS FUCK!! Now, to both of the Headz I ultimately selected for each Twitter and Facebook, you fuckers took shit to a NEW LEVEL!! I wish there were more straight up down for their metal music as you two!! I created TMD in Dimebag’s honor, and I know that he is looking down today at both of you with a ‘Black Tooth’ toast held high.”

Each grand prize winner will be receiving a rare digital copy of a PANTERA video bootleg (‘Sunrise Theater/2001’) plus one FREE ‘TMD Backstage Pass’ membership for all of 2017, including additional 25% discount off TMD merchandise throughout the year, including all TMD band services.

Den Head Steve Junkins powered his way to supremacy on Facebook this year amid an army of absolute fanatics of heavy metal worldwide no doubt, slamming his way around the keyboard with a vicious intensity and showing a never ending love for this kind of music.
