The glam metal nostalgia act MÖTLEY CRÜE played the famed L.A. rock venue The Troubadour on October 7th, and during “Live Wire’ song bassist Nikki Sixx can be seen removing his pick hand from the bass instrument at around the 32 second mark, yet his bass continues to be heard through the P.A. system.
Ousted Crue guitarist Mick Mars launched a lawsuit last year against his own band, claiming they were ripping his profits off and that everyone in the group but himself used backing tracks on all The Stadium Tour concerts. The Crue recently “Cancelled” their long-awaited full-length album due to being exposed for using AI technology to generate the songs.
