EXCLUSIVE: Mick Mars’ Bold Bid To Takeover MÖTLEY CRÜE, Can He Pull It Off?

In a shocking revelation leaked to TMD, Mick Mars, 72, the iconic guitarist of MÖTLEY CRÜE, is moving forward with his attempt to secure majority shareholder status within the legendary glam metal band, believe it or not. This was initially revealed in a series of exclusive news briefs shared on TMD’s popular Facebook page last year, and one post alone racked up over 2.8 million organic impressions.

The Metal Den is the world leader in reporting heavy metal news and carrying out epic rock star death investigations. The legal war between Mick and the Crüe last year was requested to be moved to private arbitration, to keep the dirt out of the public eye.

Several legal maneuvers were made on Mick’s behalf, namely a request for not only his rightful profits owed to him, but he also seeks to gain control of the band he pretty much created out of his own sheer force of will. He essentially took “three talentless shmucks”, named the band something cool that was not “Stop” like Vince wanted to call it, and landed them their first legit producer.

Talentless means having no natural ability to do something. Nikki, Tommy and Vince have all continued to fraud fans with fake rock shows where the clown mimes of heavy metal use backing tracks for main instrumentation.

Furthermore, MÖTLEY CRÜE cannot legally withhold documents from a managing shareholder. MÖTLEY CRÜE and multiple corporate entities around it broke Federal and State corporate laws trying to screw over Mick from the outset of his firing. They are flat out bullying a 72-year-old man who is running circles around them when it comes to actually creating new music.

Mick Mars recently released Right Side of Wrong, the second single off his forthcoming debut solo album, The Other Side of Mars, set to drop on February 23, 2024, as was first revealed to the world by Randy “Rocket” Cody of TMD.

One critics observation is worth noting: “The right side of evil is the object of an oxymoron based on two individual thoughts that see their positions as true, even if the reality is only a personal point of view.”

Mick is a seasoned musician. He’s known for his distinctive guitar riffs and contributions to the band’s success, along with dozens of other amazing songwriting credits around the rock music biz, and he is now stepping into the realm of band ownership with a vision that could reshape the future of Mötley Crüe.

“Today’s theme in interpersonal relationships that we are all familiar with and has more broadly become a catalyst for many of the world’s communal conflict bases,” Mars said in a statement.

Randy “Rocket” Cody of TMD exposed Sixx and Kovac as having sabotaged The Stadium Tour so that they could frame Mick as the weak link and steal his profits after they fired him. A hoax staged by Rocket several years back proves that a plan was hatched to ruin Mick’s reputation prior to the announcement of the comeback tour.

Mick Mars is ready to face every obstacle he faces in life head on. Talking about the band’s comeback tour the past year, Mars mentioned what it was like for him explaining:

“[They were] the worst 36 gigs I ever had with the band. It was 36 [instead of the originally scheduled 12] because they knew I wanted to retire from it after that. I don’t know, and I can’t say I positively know, but I have a pretty good feeling that they wanted me gone anyway.”

TMD’s Randy “Rocket” Cody busted Tommy Lee fake drumming last year at the end of the band’s comeback tour, and that is when all hell broke loose.

Mars is suing the Crüe for his percentage of profits, which Sixx cut from 25% to 5% after he was “shown the door”, in John Corabi’s words. In the filing, the attorneys say several different entities have been created over the years to handle varying aspects of the band’s business affairs, including touring and recording, and those agreements contain binding arbitration clauses.

They argue that “all grievances that might come up among members must be handled in private arbitration”, instead of airing the dirt out in public courts. CRÜE also asked the court to strike several statements Mick made in his suit, particularly provocative assertions about ex-bandmates that include claims of substance abuse and physical violence which they call totally irrelevant to Mick’s case. They believe he included them purely “for purposes of character assassination.”

Mick Mars sues Mötley Crüe, claims he was only member to play completely live on recent tour

Mars, whose musical journey with Mötley Crüe spans decades, has always been a pivotal force in shaping the band’s sound. Now, he seeks to extend his influence beyond the stage, aiming for a leadership role that goes beyond his guitar prowess. This move comes at a time when artists are increasingly exploring new avenues to assert control over their creative legacies.

The guitarist’s bid for majority shareholder status signals a desire to not only preserve the band’s legacy but also to actively participate in steering its future direction. Mars has been a driving force behind many of Mötley Crüe’s classic hits, and this venture positions him as a key decision-maker, capable of shaping the band’s musical direction, business endeavors, and overall trajectory.

Mars’ vision is not merely about financial gain; it’s a testament to his commitment to the band’s artistic integrity and continued relevance in the ever-evolving music industry. By securing a majority stake, he aims to ensure that the essence of Mötley Crüe remains true to its roots while adapting to the dynamics of the contemporary music scene.

This bold move has sparked discussions among fans and industry insiders alike, with many speculating on the potential impact of Mars’ increased involvement. Will it lead to a resurgence of the band’s creative energy, or will it mark a new chapter in Mötley Crüe’s legacy?

The guitarist’s journey to majority shareholder status is not without challenges. Negotiations, legal considerations, and the dynamics of collaboration within a band all come into play. However, Mars’ determination and passion for Mötley Crüe’s legacy suggest that he is well-prepared to navigate these complexities.

As fans eagerly await updates on this groundbreaking development, one thing is certain: Mick Mars’ bid for majority shareholder status in Mötley Crüe marks a pivotal moment in the band’s history. It is a testament to the enduring influence of a musician who not only shaped the band’s sonic landscape but is now poised to play a defining role in its continued evolution.

Whether this venture results in a new era for Mötley Crüe or serves as a celebration of the band’s storied past, one thing remains clear – Mick Mars’ journey towards majority shareholder status is a bold and unprecedented move that could undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on the legacy of one of rock’s most iconic bands.
