Former MÖTLEY CRÜE guitarist Mick Mars, 72, is “fighting for his musical legacy”, according to leaked court documents. Amid his direct accusations of his ex-bandmates using backing tracks last year during The Stadium Tour, more dirt has leaked out, directly from “witness statements” that may or may not be admissible in the case.

Mars states that Nikki Sixx did not play one note live, and that when Tommy Lee got busted “fake playing” along to prerecorded tape during one of the concerts, it was “the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

It is Mars’ assertion that his old band was attempting to sabotage the tour and make Mars’ “life as miserable as possible while on tour”, so that he could be hustled out of his fair share of the profits.

“And I’m being beat up, mentally — and I’m already physically ruined. But the hazing, the gaslighting and all that stuff, when they tell me that I’m losing my mind and I’m this, that and the other — oh my God. What’s the matter with you guys? You’re the felons, not me,” Mars added. “You can’t be fired from your own company, unless you do something horribly bad — like, be a felon. That’s mean, but, sorry!”

In the leaked Mars legal documents, Mars contends that he always felt like he was “babysitting” the band, and he has seen and heard enough after dealing with “the Satanic antics” of his bandmates for over 41 years. Mick asserts that the band’s problems have always centered around the ‘legal trouble’ that Tommy Lee, Vince Neil and Nikki Sixx got into stemming from their worshipping the Devil. “Mick Mars never ever once was at the center of a tabloid news story due to committing a crime like the other three.”

“And all of the negativity just fed off itself like black goo,” claims Mars.

The guitarist states in the case summary that Vince Neil’s infamous drunk driving crash that killed Hanoi Rocks drummer Razzle and maimed 2 others innocent people for life, “It all could have been avoided if Vince would have just used his head.”

As the story goes, Mick actually tried to get Neil to not drive in his car drunk wasted earlier on that fateful day.

The Crue’s ex-limo driver Al Bowman says that he and Mick Mars saw Vince and Razzle just before the crash at the liquor store in Redondo Beach, California, and when Al and Mick offered Vince a ride, the drunken singer declined and got into his vehicle with Razzle.

“Mick had just got his divorce through and was celebrating with four women in the limo,” Al said.

“We stopped at the liquor store – we all lived in the same area of Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach in those days.”

“We saw Vince and Razzle and they were both drunk – so we told them to get in the limo.”

“But Vince insisted on getting in his own car. He drove a Pantera at the time, which was not the most practical car for getting around town – it was loud and huge.”

“He was always a bit of a show off.”

It is also Al Bowman who claims that he once drove Vince, Tommy and Nikki around to Satanic rituals and sex orgies held at different homes located in the Hollywood area where they allegedly raped young virgin girls that were hunted down.
