SAMAEL – Guitarist Departs Band, Replacement Announced

Mak is leaving SAMAEL. The band regrets this, but accepts his decision and we wish him all the best for his future endeavors. From now on Drop will take over the guitar duties in S A M A E L and a new bass player will be announced shortly.

Here is a statement from Mak:

“As some of you might know I’ve spent the last 16 years playing guitar for Samaël.

During those years I had the chance to meet lots of lovely people/fans, which in some cases turned into friendships, and so this statement goes to all of you.

I’ve always been a fan of Passage, Rebellion, Ceremony of opposites and when I received a phone call in 2002 from Samaël asking me if I’d like to join the band, it felt like an honor and also a chance to make a living out of music.

DIMEBAG DARRELL: MK ULTRA Hitz, Part 2

(part 2 of a 3 part report)

SPIT IN YOUR FACE, ANOTHER WORTHLESS LIAR
I KNOW YOUR KIND
SAVE ME THE SMILE, YOU’RE JUST A CUT-THROAT
BASTARD
I READ YOUR MIND
NOTHING WITHOUT THE VICTIM THAT YOU FEED ON
EVERYONE KNOWS YOU’RE JUST A PARASITE
WHAT CAN YOU DO AFTER YOU’VE KILLED IT SLOWLY
WHERE CAN YOU GO AFTER YOU BLED IT DRY

FOR NOW I’LL LET YOU BELIEVE
I LET YOU GET TO ME
AREN’T YOU IN FOR A SHOCK…
YOU STUPID MOTHERFUCKER
YOU’LL GET WHAT YOU DESERVE
A VICTIM OF YOUR OWN GAME
YOU’RE ALREADY DEAD TO ME
YOUR TURN TO GET PLAYED

– Damageplan, “Cold Blooded”
(Lyrics by Patrick Lachman)

When late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist, Dimebag Darrell Abbott, was shot dead at only 38 years old on December 8, 2004, in front of an unsuspecting crowd, the very first ‘live concert’ MK Ultra assassination by the C...

IMMORTAL GUARDIAN – Signs With M-Theory Audio

Texas-based “super metal” quartet IMMORTAL GUARDIAN – whose founding member, Gabriel Guardian, has earned extensive notoriety for his ability to shred on guitar and keyboard simultaneously – has signed with M-Theory Audio.
