AMON AMARTH – Announce Fall North American Headlining Tour Dates

 Unearth

 TMD Rocks!

The March was recorded at both MA’s System Recording Studios and Zing Studios with producer Adam Dutkiewicz. The album is said to feature UNEARTH’s “most dynamic material to date,” combining strong tension and release, abundant guitar solos and a bulldozing power-groove.

The final track listing for The March is as follows:

1.) My Will Be Done
2.) Hail the Shrine
3.) Crow Killer
4.) Grave of Opportunity
5.) We Are Not Anonymous
6.) The March
7.) Cutman
8.) The Chosen
9.) Letting Go
10.) Truth or Consequence

UNEARTH's front man Trevor Phipps adds, “The March" symbolizes both the evil and hopeful sides of humanity. The Evil: With the constant balancing act of power within government, religion and our financial institutions, there lies the chance of those most hungry for power to alter and restrict our freedoms for their gain. The Hopeful: This represents the faith in mankind as the most powerful force on the planet. If we come together and do not fight over religion, class and borders then we hold the key to a peaceful world. There are two possible futures in store; either a March of power and greed or a March of a unified human race.”

UNEARTH formed in 1998 and in the decade since, has easily become one of the most accomplished metal bands, selling over 425,000 units over the course of its career. The group’s tireless touring schedule has seen it perform alongside some of the genre’s most revered names (including tours with Black Sabbath and Ozzy as part of Ozzfest [2004 and 2006] and a 2007 tour as hand-picked direct support for thrash titans Slayer), and also headline venues the world over, consistently helping give rise to some of heavy music’s fresh blood in the process. In 2007, UNEARTH contributed a song, titled "The Chosen", to the popular film Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, appearing on the movie’s standout soundtrack amidst contributions from Andrew W.K., Mastodon and more.

Alongside Phipps, UNEARTH features guitarists Buz McGrath and Ken Susi, bassist John Maggard and drummer Derek Kerswill.
