American hard rockers, TESLA, are set to release their eighth studio album, Shock, on March 8th via UMe. The album track, “Taste Like”, is available for streaming above.

Produced and co-written by Phil Collen (Def Leppard), Shock is Tesla’s eighth studio album. “Tesla had a blast recording Shock with Phil Collen,” says the group. “The band were on point and the songs evolved with all of us having creative input. “Taste Like” is a driving rock song that made Dave’s fingers bleed during the recording process!”

SLAYER posted a promotional graphic featuring the roster for Heavy Montreal 2019, which is scheduled to take place on July 27 and 28 at Parc Jean-Drapeau. HEAVY MONTRÉAL music festival presented by Black Label (formerly Heavy MTL) is the North American destination of choice for hard rock and heavy metal music lovers. Since the first edition in 2008, HEAVY MONTRÉAL has welcomed nearly 300 000 fans and was able to present bands such as Metallica, Faith No More, Iron Maiden, Mötley Crüe, Slayer, Slipknot, Anthrax, System of a Down, Mastodon, Kiss, Alice Cooper, Megadeth, Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie and many more to Montreal. The trek will kick off in Quebec City on March 13th and conclude in New York City on April 19th. MISERY INDEX have debuted the third single from their forthcoming album, Rituals of Power, which is due out on March 8 through Season of Mist. The new track “The Choir Invisible” can be streamed above.

In their 16-year existence, MISERY INDEX have released five studio albums, several EPs and performed well over 1000 concerts in 44 Countries. MISERY INDEX began as a studio project in 2001, when vocalist and bassist Jason Netherton (ex-DYING FETUS) joined together with guitarist / vocalist Mike Harrison and drummer Kevin Talley (ex-DYING FETUS) to record their debut EP “Overthrow”.
