That being said, they have some experience in the matter, as they\u2019ve recruited\u00a0<strong>Stanton Moore<\/strong>\u00a0(of\u00a0<strong>Galactic<\/strong>, etc.) to once again sit behind the kit on the sessions for that new record.\u00a0<strong>Moore<\/strong>\u00a0previously appeared on the band\u2019s sole album without\u00a0<strong>Mullin<\/strong>: 2005\u2019s \u201c<strong>In The Arms Of God<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>John Green<\/strong>, who served as\u00a0<strong>Mullin<\/strong>\u2018s drum tech, has been filling in at live shows since\u00a0<strong>Mullin<\/strong>\u2018s passing. Speaking with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metalsucks.net\/2022\/11\/08\/corrosion-of-conformitys-mike-dean-dishes-on-touring-80s-hardcore-and-reed-mullins-legacy\/\">MetalSucks<\/a>, the band\u2019s bassist\/vocalist\u00a0<strong>Mike Dean<\/strong>\u00a0commented of\u00a0<strong>Moore<\/strong>\u2018s return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u201cYeah, man. That\u2019s true; I think we will be working with&nbsp;<strong>Stanton<\/strong>&nbsp;again. So, history repeats itself all these years later;&nbsp;<strong>Stanton<\/strong>&nbsp;played on \u2018<strong>In The Arms Of God<\/strong>\u2018, and I think he\u2019s going to be working with us again for the next record. Having him aboard, I think you need to get a little nerdy to describe it because&nbsp;<strong>Stanton<\/strong>&nbsp;has got his own particular way that he wants to play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">He wants to play kick drums in his jazzy way and likes to have the drums heads up front, so it\u2019s more of a traditional-sounding thing.
