Cody<\/a><\/strong>, the task force is seeking to punish the actor for &#8220;terroristic threats&#8221; made while carrying out a battery\/assault against Mr. Rock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">When asked to leave the Oscars ceremony, Mr. Smith refused, after committing the assault, and making &#8220;insinuating threats of a violent nature&#8221;
