A case status hearing has been scheduled for December 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Manson<\/strong>&nbsp;was charged with two misdemeanour counts of simple assault. He has agreed to not commit any crimes while on release, not have any contact with the alleged victim, and to appear at all of his court hearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">This past May, the&nbsp;<strong>Gilford Police Department<\/strong>&nbsp;announced that they had an active arrest warrant for&nbsp;<strong>Manson<\/strong>&nbsp;in connection with the incident, which occurred in August 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">According to the affidavit,&nbsp;<strong>Manson<\/strong>&nbsp;approached the videographer, whose company was contracted by the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for the concert season the first time, put his face close to the camera and spat a &#8220;big lougee&#8221; at her. She was struck on both hands with saliva.
