\nPioneering glam metal queen Lita Ford returns to action this fall with “Wicked Wonderland”, a disc slammed to the brim with loud and electrifying songs — songs that will<\/em> make you fall in love with her all over again!<\/p>\n
\u201cEverybody has their own Wicked Wonderland<\/em>,\u201d adds Lita. \u201cIt\u2019s a place where you can do whatever you want and get as freaky as you feel. These songs are my version of that \u2013 they\u2019re all about my life\u2026well, the parts that happen when the kids are in bed and my husband and I get into the boudoir.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis is definitely the heaviest stuff I\u2019ve ever recorded,\u201d Lita says. I\u2019ve evolved and matured as a person and so has my music. It\u2019s lyrically very real.\u201d<\/p>\n “Wicked Wonderland” was mainly recorded at the island home she and husband Jim Gillette share with their two boys. \nThe legendary rocker took some time out recently to write this blog to her fans:<\/p>\n Just arrived in Greece. \n\u201cWe recorded all the vocals and lead guitars at home with Jim engineering and I wouldn\u2019t have been near as comfortable recording with anyone else,\u201d says Lita. \u201cJim and I are soul mates and we\u2019re just about joined at the hip. It\u2019s almost like the stuff they say about twins — we\u2019re always finishing each others sentences and doing the same things musically. There were times when I\u2019d listen back to a song and be like \u2018which one of us is that anyway?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
