Check out the song above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#8220;With &#8216;Cry of the Serafim&#8217; we wanted to explore a heavier and darker sound. Trying to create something different from what we usually do, while still keeping the Naglfar spirit intact,&#8221; says the band of the track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#8220;Originally named &#8220;Uninterred,&#8221; Swedish black metal band Naglfar was started in 1992 by vocalist Jens Ryd\u00e9n and bassist Kristoffer Olivius, and has its roots in the era&#8217;s convoluted post-thrash scene. They were soon joined by guitarists Morgan Hansson and Andreas Nilsson, and, for a time, Nocturnal Rites drummer Ulf Andersson also lent a hand, but 1994&#8217;s Stellae Trajectio demo was eventually recorded with a drum machine.
