The track sports a guest turn from <strong>Aghora<\/strong> guitarist <strong>Santiago Dobles<\/strong> is also available on a new limited edition three-song cassette. A cover of <strong>Bad Religion<\/strong>\u2018s \u201c<strong>Do What You Want<\/strong>\u201d and a live version of \u201c<strong>Septic Testament<\/strong>\u201d also appear on that release, which can be obtained at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprp.com\/2019\/04\/01\/news\/more-dates-announced-for-deicide-origin-jungle-rot-the-absence-tour\/\">the band\u2019s tour this month<\/a> with <strong>Deicide<\/strong>, <strong>Origin<\/strong> and <strong>Jungle Rot<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>The Absence<\/strong> will also be playing a show of their own live tonight (May 09th) at The Verona in New Port Richey, FL. Regarding this latest track, the band\u2019s frontman <strong>Jamie Stewart<\/strong> commented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\u201cWe are ridiculously excited to finally share our new single and music video for \u2018<strong>Walking Shadows<\/strong>\u2018 with the world! This was definitely a standout track from the \u2018<strong>A Gift For The Obsessed<\/strong>\u2018 sessions, and we knew that we should wait until the absolute perfect moment to release this beast of a song since we recorded an abundance of songs and then some.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">So, what better time to drop \u2018<strong>Walking Shadows<\/strong>\u2018 than on the eve of our megaton tour with the mighty <strong>Deicide<\/strong>, <strong>Origin<\/strong>, and <strong>Jungle Rot<\/strong>? This track is utterly devastating, and it will most certainly be a smash given the complete heaviness of this package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">We wanted to shoot a full-fledged music video, but due to time constraints and tour obligations with other projects, all band members were not available. So, instead of axing the idea completely, we decided to film a live-action lyric video solely featuring myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Our drummer and all-around renaissance man, <strong>Jeramie Kling<\/strong>, shot all of the live footage for the video, and <strong>Adam Hutton<\/strong> of <strong>BurdenInSilence Designs<\/strong> did all of the editing and effects. Both did such a fantastic job, we were all completely stunned with the outcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">We will see all of you maniacs out on the road in May and June.
