Today, Dutch black metallers VERWOED<\/strong> premiered the new single “Verder Van Het Licht”<\/strong>. Check it out RIGHT HERE<\/a>. The song features\u00a0Ryanne van Dorst <\/strong>from highly acclaimed Dutch doom rockers DOOL<\/strong>.

VERWOED<\/strong>‘s\u00a0first full-length album, “De Val” <\/strong>will be\u00a0released on May 23rd, 2019<\/strong>.

The album track “De Kwelling van het Bestaan” <\/strong>was premiered\u00a0exclusively via Decibel Magazine<\/strong> at THIS LOCATION<\/strong><\/a>.

In a fiery and intuitive attempt to come closer to the infinite nothingness inevitable after the palpable lives we live, 2014 saw the birth of Woudloper in Utrecht; at the heart of the Netherlands. After the release of a self titled demo and a change in shape, VERWOED<\/strong> was born and the “Bodemloos”<\/strong> EP saw the day of light in 2016 \u2014 an ode to mankind\u2019s struggle for knowledge and truth in the mundane planes that we inhabit and finding revelation in the destruction of our flesh and hearts.\u00a0

Three years later, after leaving destructive footprints on multiple cities in the form of live appearances, the first full-length, entitled “De Val”<\/strong>, recorded, mixed and mastered by JB van der Wal<\/strong>, will be released. A hymn to the fallen one, breaking free from all things familiar and safe in a seemingly never ending search for divine truth.\u00a0

“De Val”<\/strong> is a collaborative effort by Argento Records <\/strong>(vinyl), Sentient Ruin Laboratories<\/strong> (vinyl) and Tartarus Records<\/strong> (cassette).
