Osbourne is suing Iommi for a 50 percent interest in the Black Sabbath trademark, along with a portion of Iommi&#8217;s profits from use of the name, according to the New York Post.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i3.photobucket.com\/albums\/y55\/RSCODY\/iommi.jpg\" alt=\"Iommi\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The suit follows one filed by Iommi in December 2008 against Live Nation, in which Iommi claimed the concert giant sold merchandise bearing the band\u2019s logo and likeness despite the fact the their merchandising deal ended in 2006. Soon after that agreement concluded, Iommi reclaimed the band\u2019s trademark.
