\nBangladesh thrash metal act, EXALTER, have unleashed a new song entitled “Grip of Fear”, taken from their upcoming new album “Persecution Automated”, which is slated to hit stores December 28 via Transcending Obscurity.<\/p>\n

The band started it’s journey on 2013 with the former members Tahsein (Guitarist) and Shuvo (Drummer) But rest assured this band is a great addition to the Bangladeshi extreme metal community. \nExalter is a thrash metal band consisting only three members. Quite unusual for a lot of metal bands. The band has Tanim as the vocalist\/guitarist and Afif on drums. Currently auditions are going on for a bassist. <\/p>\n

\n“Bangladesh may not be the first country you think of when you think \u201cviolent thrash metal\u201d, but it joins its alphabetical compatriot of Brazil in making a strong case for it here. Simply put, this is rip roaring thrash of the early Sepultura\/Kreator variety- but with more modern finesse, naturally. \u201cTortured Innocents\u201d kicks things off and lets you know what the band are about: riffs, sandpaper vocals, time changes galore and an air of discordant menace present in the solos and general delivery.”
