\nAustrian melodic death metal act DARKFALL is set to return after a four year absence (“Road to Redemption” (2013)). Black Sunset\/MDD is set to issue the band’s sophomore full length record to be entitled “At the End of Times.” The album is set for release in late summer with further details expected very soon.<\/p>\n
“At the End of Times” will feature ten songs which were mastered once again by Andy Classen at Stage One Studio. The album combines all trademark sounds of the band like brutal but epic riffing, blasting drums and harsh growls. A release show is planned for the September 8th in the Graz Orpheum.<\/p>\n

\nEver since the very beginning in January 1995, the Austrian band DARKFALL has been known for high-quality and uncompromising Death Metal. With the first releases Winter Leaves (1998) and Dimensions Beyond (1999), as well as with the follow-ups Firebreed (2001) and Phoenix Rising (2006) the band has unarguably left its marks in the landscapes of Extreme Metal. The boxed set Through Fiery Times And Beyond, released in 2008, finally immortalized the band’s first ambitious years. The latest album Road to Redemption (2013) is both a continuation of their legacy and a step towards a new era. A new full length album is scheduled for late 2017.
