And, learn more in the video <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/RXvkZB2WaJY\">HERE<\/a>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nMade under Laney&#8217;s Black Country Customs banner, the LA100BL head and LA412 cab are hand-built, point-to-point wired reissues, with a hand-drilled turret board and original box frame-styled output transformer.<\/p>\n<p>Like the originals, the control set comprises gain one, gain two, treble, middle, bass and presence.<\/p>\n<p>Also integral to Tony&#8217;s rig was his modified Rangemaster treble booster, something Laney has aimed to replicate with a signature pedal, the TI-Boost.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/?attachment_id=53037\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-53037\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tonypedal-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-53037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tonypedal-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tonypedal-600x338.jpg 600w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tonypedal.jpg 645w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<br \/>\nIt offers expanded functionality over the original, with a drive and volume control, along with low and high frequencies, plus a mid switch.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe guitar sound of the first Black Sabbath Album is actually the result of a number of key components, Tony himself not withstanding, but it is also the sound of the LA100BL plus a Dallas Arbiter Range master pedal that Tony used at the time, allowing him to push the front end of the amp into overdrive giving him his signature distorted tone never before heard.<\/p>\n<p>There is a story relating to Tony and his \u201cRange Master\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In the days immediately before Sabbath, Tony was playing with a band located in Cumbria and a guitar player in a local band said that he could modify Tony\u2019s Range Master and that it would sound better.
