\nTexas old-school power metal band HELSTAR just announced a tour of the USA this November\/December with Flotsam and Jetsam and Hatchet. Helstar released new album “Vampiro” (reviewed by ROCKET HERE<\/a>) on August 26th via David Ellefson’s EMP Label Group.<\/p>\n
