\nThe second annual ROCK CARNIVAL returns with another stellar line-up of the biggest names in entertainment. The main event will take place on September 30, October 1 and October 2 at its new location in Lakewood, NJ at FirstEnergy Park, home of the Lakewood Blue Claws.<\/p>\n
As with its inaugural year, which drew a staggering 50,000+ attendees, the second annual ROCK CARNIVAL will feature classic amusement rides and entertainment, the most delicious food truck offerings, high-action Professional Wrestling, a wide selection of tasty brews, and of course\u2026 the best in local, national and international rock music performances! This year\u2019s event will also see the addition of more carnival area space and a children\u2019s fun zone. This is a weekend of big fun for the whole family!<\/p>\n
ROCK CARNIVAL is pleased to announce the official per-day event line-up, including Friday\u2019s headliner, shock rock king Alice Cooper, and Saturday\u2019s presentation of Twisted Sister\u2019s official tri-state farewell performance. In addition to Daughtry \u2013 featuring its namesake Chris Daughtry \u2013 contestant on the fifth season of Fox\u2019s American Idol, ROCK CARNIVAL\u2019s new performers include Life Of Agony, Sebastian Bach, Jim Breuer and the Loud & Rowdy, Punky Meadows and 10 Years. Friday, September 30th Saturday, October 1st Sunday, October 2nd + more TBA!<\/p>\n Music will take place on multiple stages, including two main festival stages, side by side, on the field. Fans will have general admission access to the stadium field. The musical portion of the event will once again feature the Birch Hill stage, a very popular performance area, with the addition of another performance area showcasing developing artists.<\/p>\n This year\u2019s festivities will also include a brand new \u201cClassic\u201d Friday night celebration, which will feature tributes to classic rock favorites! Almost Queen will play your Queen favorites, and Zakk Sabbath <\/strong>\u2013 featuring legendary vocalist\/guitarist Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne), bassist Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne, ex-Rob Zombie) and drummer Joey Castillo (ex-Queens Of The Stone Age) \u2013 will perform Black Sabbath classics.<\/p>\n Reserved weekend, GA weekend, single day, VIP and Skybox tickets for this year\u2019s ROCK CARNIVAL are on sale now.
