\nIsraeli thrashers HAMMERCULT have signed a deal with SPV\/Steamhammer who will release their new album Built For War, on August 28th as a digipak version, a LP version and download.<\/p>\n
Bandleader and singer Yakir Shochat says about the deal: “This October will mark 5 years from the day we stepped into the rehearsal room for the first time and Hammercult were born. It’s been a hell of a ride – with 5 full European tours supporting legendary bands who we grew up listening to (Sepultura, DRI, Napalm Death etc…), around 150 live shows in over 20 countries, countless festivals, 2 killer extreme metal albums – and the best is still yet to come! We are proud to join the SPV\\Steamhammer family, one of the biggest international metal labels, with it’s own glory history . I’m positive that with SPV\\Steamhammer behind us, new goals will be achieved and Hammercult’s extreme metal will spread stronger than ever!”<\/p>\n

The new album is mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen (Moonspell, The Haunted, Dark Tranquility).<\/p>\n
