\nIt\u2019s time TMD announces the 5 bands that received the highest overall point totals among the online judges in the \u2018Battle of Unsigned Thrash\u2019 online contest at The Metal Den!<\/p>\n
Here is the basic breakdown on exactly how the scoring process worked:<\/p>\n
1st round (Semi-Finals)- Scoring for STUDIO RECORDING (1-10 point scale) is based on 3 separate criteria:<\/p>\n
1. Production Quality
\n2. Musicianship
\n3. Songwriting<\/p>\n
2nd round (Finals) \u2013 Scoring for VIDEO OF LIVE PERFORMANCE (1-10) is based on 3 separate criteria:<\/p>\n 1. Production Quality The overall top scoring band of both combined Semi and Finals round is crowned winner of the online contest and receives a 3 month publicity deal with THE METAL DEN (Value $2,500).
