\nRichmond, Virginia metallers LAMB OF GOD will kick off the two-year “Resolution” tour with six East Coast club shows in late January. The band will also take part in in-store signings in four of the cities on show days. Details of these signings will be released the first week of January.<\/p>\n
The club dates areas follows:<\/p>\n
Jan. 22 \u2013 Richmond, VA – The National
\nJan. 24 – New York, NY – Irving Plaza
\nJan. 25 \u2013 Boston, MA – The Paradise
\nJan. 26 \u2013 Philadelphia, PA – The Trocadero
\nJan. 27 \u2013 Toronto, ONT – Phoenix Concert Hall
\nJan. 28 \u2013 Washington, DC – 9:30 Club<\/p>\n
Support on all shows except Richmond will come from THE ACACIA STRAIN and TOO LATE THE HERO.<\/p>\n
Following the club shows, LAMB OF GOD will start the Pacific Rim portion of the “Resolution” tour, ending with the band\u2019s first-ever show in Alaska.<\/p>\n
LAMB OF GOD’s new album, “Resolution”, will be released in North America on January 24, 2012 via Epic Records (one day earlier internationally through Roadrunner Records). The CD was recorded at various studios in Virginia and New York with producer Josh Wilbur, who worked on the band’s last effort, 2009’s “Wrath”.<\/p>\n
“Resolution” will feature 14 songs and will come in a digipack with artwork by longtime art director Ken Adams.<\/p>\n

Singer Randy Blythe previously described “Resolution” as “WAAAAY better than ‘Wrath’ overall.”
