SLAYER guitarist Kerry King is set rock Brutal Assault In 2025. Be prepared for a Slayer-esque set next summer. After\u00a0tearing through Europe this summer, then supporting Lamb Of God and Mastodon, not to mention\u00a0getting back onstage with the thrash legends only recently, the Slayer hero will be continuing his busy run and hitting the road in early 2025 for another solo trek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGetting back on the road for the first time in five years wasn\u2019t exactly like riding a bike, that\u2019s for sure,\u201d Kerry admits. \u201cI\u2019ve never had that much time off, but the first tours with my new band \u2013 in the UK and Europe, and then in America with Lamb Of God and Mastodon \u2013 were all total blasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll be headlining on this next tour, so we\u2019re playing a longer set than we did with Lamb Of God and Mastodon. We\u2019ve got a little bit of a learning curve, so will start rehearsing the first week of November. And we might put an extra Slayer song into the set and learn a cover song or two.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
