It should be noted, however, that this information has not yet been corroborated by an official source.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSLAYER was forced to postpone its &#8220;Canadian Carnage&#8221; tour with MEGADETH, which was due to begin on November 8. In addition, the band has cancelled its appearance on &#8220;Jimmy Kimmel Live!&#8221;, which had been set for this Wednesday, November 4.
