The plaintiff behind the suit chose to file as a Jane Doe, and alleged\u00a0<strong>Lee<\/strong>\u00a0partook in \u201cforcibly groping, kissing and penetrating her with his fingers, and attempting to force her to perform oral copulation\u201d on him amid a shared private flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The lawsuit goes on to allege that pilot\u00a0<strong>David Martz<\/strong>\u00a0\u2018lured\u2019 the woman onto the helicopter, which\u00a0<strong>Lee<\/strong>\u00a0was then booked upon due to a last minute change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The woman claims\u00a0<strong>Martz<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Lee<\/strong>\u00a0proceeded to indulge in alcohol, weed and cocaine amid the flight from San Diego County to Van Nuys, CA.\u00a0<strong>Martz<\/strong>, who had a document history of reckless flying which cost him his pilots license several times, has since perished in a 2015 plane crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-188.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"514\" height=\"297\"  data-gnlv=\"hey\" src=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-188.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-107859\" style=\"width:498px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-188.png 514w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-188-300x173.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 514px) 100vw, 514px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">According to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/tommy-lee-motley-crue-sexual-assault-helicopter-lawsuit-1234931093\/\">Rolling Stone<\/a>, who have published various disturbing allegations from the lawsuit, the woman is seeking past, present, and future damages, including but not limited to medical expenses, loss of earnings, and loss of earnings capacity.
