Legendary Heavy Metal guitarist Mick Mars <\/strong>will not show any mercy in his legal fight against M\u00d6TLEY CR\u00dcE<\/strong>. The shredder wants what belongs to him, and that is full control regained of the band he helped create, that he has been ousted from unjustly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThose guys have been hammering on me since \u201987, trying to replace me,\u201d Mars told Variety<\/em><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They haven\u2019t been able to do that, because I\u2019m the guitar player. I helped form this band. It\u2019s my name I came up with [the M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce moniker], my ideas, my money that I had from a backer to start this band. It wouldn\u2019t have gone anywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year in April, Mars filed a lawsuit<\/a> against M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce over a dispute his share of profits. Mars specifically alleges that he was \u201cunilaterally\u201d removed from the band after announcing his retirement from touring due to ongoing struggles with an arthritic disease called ankylosing spondylitis. As a result, his profit share was cut from 25 percent to a five percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat\u2019s an insult to me that they\u2019re offering me that,\u201d Mars told Variety<\/em>. \u201cNo. It\u2019s my name. It\u2019s Mick Mars, it\u2019s M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce, the four of us that made the band. You would have to have a good reason to be fired. I don\u2019t. I could come back with this and go like, \u201cHey, you know what? I\u2019m gonna counter because you assholes are felons. You [Tommy Lee] for spousal abuse; you [Vince Neil] for manslaughter.\u201d It just makes me really upset that they want to try and bully me more or less out of the band, so it\u2019s the last man standing that collects everything. And if there\u2019s any real justice to it, I\u2019d be the one that would be the only one that has no criminal record. I\u2019m pure. I\u2019m clean as a freshly washed baby.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019m being beat up, mentally \u2014 and I\u2019m already physically ruined. But the hazing, the gaslighting and all that stuff, when they tell me that I\u2019m losing my mind and I\u2019m this, that and the other \u2014 oh my God. What\u2019s the matter with you guys? You\u2019re the felons, not me,\u201d Mars added. \u201cYou can\u2019t be fired from your own company, unless you do something horribly bad \u2014 like, be a felon. That\u2019s mean, but, sorry!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
