What is the real story behind the departure of Mars from the biggest glam metal band of all time? <strong>John Corabi<\/strong> claims Mick was &#8220;Shown the door&#8221; and that he was not allowed to play on the last several Crue albums. Is it because someone in the band&#8217;s camp feels Mick is trying to show up Nikki, Tommy and Vince with his own pending solo album release? In fact, a significant portion of [<strong>Vince<\/strong>]\u00a0<strong>Neil<\/strong>\u2018s vocals were also pre-recorded. Even some of [<strong>Tommy<\/strong>]\u00a0<strong>Lee<\/strong>\u2018s drum parts were recordings. Some fans actually noticed that\u00a0<strong>Lee<\/strong>\u00a0was walking toward his drum set as they heard his drum part begin.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>He further talked about Vince Neil, saying:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u201cConversely, other band members are often criticized online, particularly\u00a0<strong>Neil<\/strong>, who is routinely torn to shreds for, among other things, not remembering the songs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">It is Mars&#8217; assertion that group&#8217;s epic downfall is mainly due to Neil&#8217;s inability to perform the songs live without the use of a teleprompter and <a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/?p=102431\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/?p=102431\">&#8216;backing tapes&#8217;<\/a> that allowed the troubled (and still dangerously drunk all the time) vocalist to lip-synch most of the concerts during all of The Stadium Tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vincereptile1-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"  data-gnlv=\"hey\" src=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vincereptile1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-104173\" style=\"width:395px;height:476px\" width=\"395\" height=\"476\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vincereptile1-1.jpg 407w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vincereptile1-1-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 395px) 100vw, 395px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Bloated, Dazed and Confused! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Vince Neil Pictured Last Year During The Stadium Tour: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><em>Whatever happened to losing weight and being in shape?<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In the case, Mick claims that after he declared he was quitting touring (which we now know was Sixx actually forcing him out under the guise that Mick was willingly departing), the CR\u00dcE reduced his share of the revenues from 25% to 5%. Additionally, he asserts that the band\u2019s attorneys made him feel as though he should be appreciative of even that meager percentage because they felt they owed him nothing at all. In a band meeting, Mick alleges, it was agreed to \u201cunilaterally\u201d kick him out of <strong>M\u00d6TLEY CR\u00dcE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Mick<\/strong>\u00a0also repeatedly accused bassist\u00a0<strong>Nikki Sixx<\/strong>\u00a0of \u201cgaslighting\u201d him about his guitar skills diminishing, despite the fact that\u00a0<strong>Sixx<\/strong>\u00a0didn\u2019t \u201cplay a single note on bass\u201d during a recent tour, according to the guitarist.\u00a0<strong>Mick<\/strong>\u00a0claims all of\u00a0<strong>Nikki<\/strong>\u2018s parts were pre-recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/center><center>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FTheMetalDen%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02NXhfZ51vAZHCyU57RPCuEcPNc2y5nqS7vaWYLkxwyAZpvTUKeatasrYJspCByK6kl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"411\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Mick Mars&#8217; lawsuit contends that the band under Nikki Sixx leadership has sunk the name into future financial ruin. The pics from recent gigs show sparse attendance during Crue sets. Mars&#8217; position is that the Crue is guilty of &#8220;false advertisement&#8221; which is a very real thing. If you are going to sell tickets to &#8216;live&#8217; rock concerts (not pre-taped) then you should not participate in performances that are not 100% authentic when it comes to main instrumentation. Mars stated in his legal battle against the band that he was the only person in the band who was actually playing live without assistance of backing tapes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Now there&#8217;s still a lot of details that are not out yet. Sixx has tried to keep all the dirt private because he doesn&#8217;t want fans to know that he used massive deception to gaslight Mars, while not being truthful with the people buying the concert tickets. Crue&#8217;s camp didn&#8217;t even want to admit Mick was thrown out of the band.
