I know he is almost as fat now as <strong>Vince Meal<\/strong>, but this is clearly a man who can be heard with a deep smoker&#8217;s voice today, yet the vocals heard out of the PA sound youthful and higher pitched exactly like he did on the studio album from the nineties! What a goddamn fake ass P.O.S.!!!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pantera2023.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"310\"  data-gnlv=\"hey\" src=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pantera2023.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-103376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pantera2023.jpg 474w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pantera2023-300x196.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fans will recall the same YouTube viewer busted <strong>PANTERA<\/strong> fill-in guitarist<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nightswithalicecooper.com\/2023\/05\/10\/is-pantera-playing-along-to-backing-tapes\/\"><strong>Zakk Wylde<\/strong> back in May clown miming <\/a>on his guitar along to backing tapes while playing the song &#8220;Becoming&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PANTERA \u2013 Zakk Wylde Accused of Using Backing Tracks During U.S. Gig (VIDEO)\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TULi7yGO1gs?start=30&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Miming in instrumental performance or <em>finger-synching<\/em> is the act of musicians pretending to play their instruments in a live show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In the case of Anselmo, he is basically singing on top of the piped in backing tape to make it appear authentic, like you would with Karaoke at a bar. This is why he needs to wear in ear monitors during the performance, <em>so he does not screw up the deception<\/em>. Check out the shocking video footage below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The worst part of all of this is Anselmo is making a mockery out of the Abbott brother&#8217;s legacy, instead of honoring the two deceased founders of PANTERA. The skin head singer openly admitted in a 2015 interview conducted by TMD that a reunion of PANTERA <a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/?p=44367\">&#8220;would be good money&#8221;<\/a> despite saying in 2009 that &#8220;There could be no reunion with Dimebag.&#8221; Anselmo went on to embarrass Dime&#8217;s memory by flashing the Nazi salute at Dimebash 2016 and yelling <strong>&#8220;White Power!&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/philwhitepower-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"  data-gnlv=\"hey\" src=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/philwhitepower-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-103379\" width=\"550\" height=\"366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/philwhitepower-2.png 640w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/philwhitepower-2-600x399.png 600w, https:\/\/themetalden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/philwhitepower-2-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In March of 2020,&nbsp;guitarist&nbsp;<strong>Zach Myers<\/strong>&nbsp;of <strong>SHINEDOWN<\/strong> band said that &#8220;90 percent&#8221; of rock artists use at least some pre-recorded tracks during their live performances. He told&nbsp;<strong>Rock Feed<\/strong>: &#8220;It bothers me that it bothers people. I&#8217;m, like, &#8216;Why does this bother you?&#8217; It&#8217;s the way it is. People have been doing this since the &#8217;80s. And we want the sound to be the best it can be. Could we go up there, just the four of us, and put on the best rock show ever? Of course.
