The British thrash metal outfit\u2019s aforementioned new album is slated to arrive tomorrow, July 14th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Speaking of this new single from it, frontman\u00a0<strong>Ol Drake<\/strong>\u00a0offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">\u201cThe third single from \u2018<strong>The Unknown<\/strong>\u2018 is \u2018<strong>When Mortal Coils Shed<\/strong>\u2018. We haven\u2019t done a ballad since \u2018<strong>Tomb<\/strong>\u2018 on the 2013 album \u2018<strong>Skull<\/strong>\u2018, and I only like to do them when it feels right; and this one felt very right. The song grew from the main clean riff and I felt the need to make something out of it. Once the lyrics needed writing, it became apparent that a subject close to me and the band would fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">This song is for everyone who has lost someone close to them and the struggles that come with the acceptance of losing them. Even years after they\u2019ve left us, they\u2019re still missed, and the longing to be back at a time when they were still with us or for them to be back with us now is prevalent in our everyday lives.
