They announced the Stadium Tour with&nbsp;<strong>Def Leppard<\/strong>&nbsp;for 2020, which was delayed to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">News of the lawsuit follows a recent interview\u00a0<strong>Vanilla Fudge<\/strong>\u00a0drummer\u00a0<strong>Carmine Appice<\/strong>\u00a0gave to\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ultimate-guitar.com\/news\/interviews\/mick_mars_wasnt_getting_along_with_mtley_cre_before_leaving_carmine_appice_claims_they_were_busy_trying_to_be_rock_stars.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ultimate Guitar<\/a>, in which he claimed that Mars was \u201cnot happy\u201d on the Stadium Tour because \u201ceverything was on tape.\u201d Sixx\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NikkiSixx\/status\/1636918244283150337\" target=\"_blank\">responded<\/a>\u00a0to Appice by calling him a \u201cwashed up drummer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Crue&#8217;s pathetic and shady as Hell manager Allen Kovac<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>said\u00a0Mars\u00a0is coming out with a list of allegations<strong> &#8220;to gain leverage in a smear campaign on\u00a0<\/strong><strong>M\u00d6TLEY<\/strong>. He&#8217;s attacked the band, and he&#8217;s done it in a slanderous way, with false accusations and misrepresenting the facts to the fans.\u00a0<strong>Mick<\/strong>\u00a0is not the victim. The victims are\u00a0<strong>M\u00d6TLEY CR\u00dcE<\/strong>\u00a0and the brand, which\u00a0<strong>Mick<\/strong>\u00a0is so prideful of.&#8221; But, he added, &#8220;What&#8217;s upsetting to me is not\u00a0<strong>Mick<\/strong>, but his representatives, who have guided\u00a0<strong>Mick<\/strong>\u00a0to say and do harmful things to the brand he cares about so much,\u00a0<strong>M\u00d6TLEY CR\u00dcE<\/strong>. He has a degenerative disease and people are taking advantage of him.
