CARCASS – Premiere New Track

CARCASS have unleashed a new song titled “The Long and Winding Bier Road.”

The track comes from the group’s upcoming EP, Despicable (out October 30), the band’s first new collection of music in seven years. The single can be streamed above.

Founding vocalist/bassist Jeff Walker comments: “The gift that keeps on giving, if you want it or not. Brazilian metal legends SEPULTURA have unleashed their “environmentally conscious” music video for the cut “Guardians of Earth” in collaboration with Amazon Frontlines.

Amazon Frontlines is a non-profit organization based in the Upper Amazon that leverages technology, legal advocacy, and movement building to support indigenous peoples to defend their rights to land, life, and cultural survival in the Amazon Rainforest.

EVILE – Signs With Napalm Records

British thrash metal band EVILE has signed a worldwide contract with Napalm Records. The group will enter the studio this week with Chris Clancy (of Mutiny Within) to begin tracking their follow-up to 2013’s Skull.

FEAR FACTORY – Behind-The-Scenes Video

FEAR FACTORY guitarist Dino Cazares has posted two short videos featuring behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the band’s long-awaited new album.

The first clip features producer Damien Rainaud working on Mike Heller‘s drums for the LP, and the second features “Rainaud putting together some cinematic hits for a song intro for the disc,” according to Blabbermouth.net.

On Friday (September 11), Cazares issued a statement clarifying his reasons for launching a GoFundMe campaign to assist him with the production costs associated with the release of the new LP.
