The inaugural ‘Inkcarceration Music And Tattoo Festival‘ will launch later this year, taking place at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio from July 13th-15th. The venue location is perhaps most famously known as the filming location for the 1994 film, ‘The Shawshank Redemption‘. In addition to various tattoo artists, Hellzapoppin‘s rock n’ roll circus sideshow and the usual amenities, the below bands will also be performing:
