Cali based groove metal band BLACK OIL released the “Resist To Exist” album earlier this year, and now the band has announced the recruitment of new drummer Santi Guardiola (DH Peligro, Thorne, Phenagen). Sliptrick Records comments:
“Santiago Guardiola was born in August of 1984 in Cordoba, Argentina, where he began his drumming career with private lessons at the age of 13. He quickly earned the respect of fellow musicians and jumped into playing with their bands. Throughout high school, he was actively involved with the school band, assuming the drumming position each year before continuing his music studies from 2002- 2005 at La Colmena, also from his hometown of Cordoba.
