German speed/thrashers BLOOD ATONEMENT, featuring Warhammer vocalist Volker “Iron Lung” Frerich and guitarist Marko Hoffmann, has inked a deal with Metal on Metal Records.
The label recommends Blood Atonement to fans of Sodom, Apokalytpic Raids, Scepter, and Outrage (Germany).
Volker “Iron Lung” Frerich stated: “We are very glad to work with Metal on Metal Records, as we fully agree with the attitude of this label. They are focused on the old school way of metal, just like our band Blood Atonement is, too. It feels good to be in the company of bands such as Meliah Rage, Arkham Witch, or Attacker. With the release of our first full-length album ‘Carcosa’ in 2015, you can expect a killer dose of speed/thrash metal played the brutal old school way!”
The band’s debut album “Carcosa” is planned for a mid-2015 release and will consist of re-recorded songs from 2012 demo “Grave of Humanity” as well as a few new tracks. More info on the band can be found at this location.
