TMD has obtained enhanced concert audio of KISS performing the classic cut “I Stole Your Love” in Tokyo, Japan on March 28, 1978 at Nippon Budokan Hall during the Alive II Tour.
The Alive II Tour saw the legendary act perform five sold-out nights at Tokyo’s Budokan, breaking their previous record of four one year earlier, along with shattering the previous record held by The Beatles. AC/DC would serve as opening act for a handful of shows on this truly electrifying tour.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame may continue to snub Gene, Paul, Peter and Ace, but their devoted legion of fans worldwide continue to flock to KISS concerts (even with Peter and Ace on the sidelines currently) making them still one of the highest grossing tours in all of music.
