DEATH – Unreleased Live Recordings

Relapse Records has launched “Death: Non Analog – On Stage Series”.

As the story goes, Relapse Records and the DEATH estate have pulled together to launch a series of previously unreleased, career-spanning live concerts that touch upon all eras and lineups of the legendary band.

Says Relapse: “We at Relapse sincerely hope to see you all at a concert, festival, or a stage sooner than later. Until then, the label will release a new DEATH concert every other week across all digital platforms throughout the coming months to tide us all over. The first of this series, ‘Death: Non Analog – On Stage Series – Montreal ’95’ is available now.

FAITH NO MORE – Reschedule Tour Dates

FAITH NO MORE have confirmed the postponement of their planned April/May touring in Australia and New Zealand. The new dates will now see the band head down under for those shows with RVG in early 2021. Faith No More commented:

“Friends… Due to the spread of the COVID-19 we have no choice but to postpone the FNM concerts we had planned in New Zealand and Australia in May.

The circumstances that have forced this decision are well beyond our control but not being able to play for you all stings like a motherf*^ker. We wanted to figure out how to address our upcoming tour down there in terms of rescheduling and postponements but basically… We fully intend to make good on our promise to come down and perform for you all...

CULT OF LILITH – Sign With Metal Blade Records

Metal Blade Records have announced that they have signed Icelandic outfit CULT OF LILITH to a worldwide deal. The band is slated to release their label debut later in the year and issued the following comment:

“We are beyond happy to announce this signing with a label which has influenced generations including us. It is an honor to be mentioned among the legendary bands on the roster. We’re certain this relationship will be a fruitful one and we cannot wait for our next steps with the band and for the album release.”

Metal Blade Records are also the current label home to Swedish post metal band, Cult Of Luna.

PYRRHON – Debut New Song

PYRRHON have premiered “Another Day In Paradise” as the lead single from their new album “Abscess Time” via Willowtip Records. It is slated to be out on June 26th with pre-orders available here. Frontman Doug Moore comments:

“One of the most odious aspects of modern life is the insistence that you always act like you’re insanely lucky and blessed to be doing what you’re doing, whether it’s a job or a creative pursuit. Projecting optimism and gratitude is basically a social requirement in most situations, even though the vast majority of people don’t feel like that at all! NAGLFAR has posted a video for “Vortex of Negativity,” a new track from their upcoming album, Cerecloth (due out May 8). Check out the music video above.
